A PLACE OF GRACE

We’ve experienced God’s Amazing Grace and now we want to give it away. When new people come to a Sunday morning service or a small group, we want them to feel like a part of our family. Grace Assembly @ Vernon is a place for the mature Christian, the new Christian and the not quite yet Christian. When our family has all these groups, then Grace will thrive!

What To Expect

What should I expect at one of your services?

When you come to Grace Assembly you’ll find a warm, friendly group of people. Our services include a dynamic praise and worship followed by the anointed preaching of God's word, prayer and an opportunity to make a decision to follow Jesus Christ.

Do I have to wear fancy clothes?

Of course not! Sure, you’ll see many in a suit and tie, but you’ll also see jeans, slacks, polo shirts, skirts, and the like. It is a common misconception that one must dress uncomfortably in order to come to a worship service. While we do believe in modesty in dress, we also believe in modesty of the heart. It is important to Jesus that our hearts be prepared and set aside in worship to Him.

Is there something for me to do?

Definitely! There are regular opportunities for everyone to serve using each one’s own abilities for God’s Kingdom. Whatever your talents, abilities, or ministry calling, there is a place for you at Grace Assembly.
